Description: Opportunity now exists for a highly skilled Analyst - especially with experience in the land and marine sector. Role Description: An Analyst is required to support a task to inform the ADF of Industry’s capability and experience in the addressing issues related with asymmetric warfare in both the land and maritime environments. Responsibilities: The Analyst will be responsible for:
  • Reviewing and classifying asymmetric warfighting capabilities that exist within Australia
  • Capturing extant and developing ADF capabilities
  • Consolidating a short listing of potential industry capability against the requirement
  • Assisting the Manager in seeking and consolidating expressions of capability and experience of Australian Industry in this
  • Delivering the final Report
  • Location: Canberra-based but parts may be conducted elsewhere. Skills / Attributes:
    • Understanding of asymmetric fighting concepts for either/both the land /maritime environments
    • Experience with the development and refinement of capability statements
    • Experience with developing and writing reports
    • Knowledge of Defence Organisation
    • Self-motivated and committed to the outstanding performance of the organisation
