Description:
A major long-term project has opportunities now available and becoming available in he future.
Currently we are seeking the services of a competent configuration manager ofr a well skilled project administrator to take on this new contract opportunity. some of hese roles will run for overf 6 months and are also able to accommodate some flexibility in hours.
This current position's responsibilities are:
- maintain configuration of multiple contract document sets
- register publish and disseminate contract documents and records
- maintain financial reconciliation of Contract values
- maintain other contract records, as required
- maintain case files for changes, including correspondence and other records coordinate administrative changes to contract documents
In ideal circumstances the individual we seek will have had a background in document control/configuration in a project environment, as a data controller or contract administrator. Also another requirement is sound competence with spreadsheets.
If you have more experience than what is asked for here - well that would be even better, we really prefer a person with a lot of experience, but have the capability to acdommodate a lessor qualified person.
Salary is attractive and depending on experiences will be in the range of appromiately 35-50 per hour.
