Worked in operational, financial, human capital and marketing management positions for both domestic and global companies within the Aerospace, Financial and Telecommunications industries.
He has extensive experience in Organisational re-structuring and implementation, business re-focus and re-calibration across different industry sectors and organisations of all sizes and with a strong focus on optimising human capital productivity and performance in line with corporate and business objectives.
Much of his output has involved creating and implementing a best fit organisational structure to meet customer/market needs, development of strategic, business and operational plans and developing and implementing strategies for aligning human capital objectives to these plans.
Achievements and results include increased productivity, reduced absenteeism, improved customer satisfaction and quality of service, reduced cost of operations, optimisation of system and infrastructure costs and increased employee satisfaction at all levels.
