Jan Lowe

As the founder of Australian Aerospace Resources Pty Ltd in 2004 after a number of years of planning and researching, decided it was time to offer this specialist sector a firm that understood the culture, requirements of the industry - not just playing "lip service" and early January 2005 AAR was launched. We work with our clients to bring to them the best solution, best pricing and service. With some 25 years in the recruitment sector and targeting just the defence (aerospace, marine and land sectors) for the last 20 years - our clients now benefit.

Jan has previously worked for some of the world's leaders in international recruitment with assignments in the US, UK/Europe, Africa and Australia. Her vast experience and an acute knowledge of the aerospace and defence industries has helped her to grow AAR to be a leading player in its niche. Partnering with CTS in the UK last year has proved that working with self-mind professionals of the industry has benefited clients and candidates and we are hoping to provide a greater seamless service in the future. She has professional qualifications in Engineering, Business & Human Resources.

David Moss

David is a director of CTS Worldwide Resources, with over 20 years of experience in delivering staffing solutions. Based in Manchester England, he has a strong background in Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Process, Automotive and Pharmaceutical industries and specialises primarily in Aerospace and Defence recruitment activities. He is an industry expert with international experience across 4 continents. He recruits at specialist and generalist levels, working on mandates from board director and senior/project management levels through to design, software, systems, HMI, ILS, and RM & T environments, covering full project lifecycle from concept to completion into through life maintenance projects.

He has strong client relationship and business development experience with a with a 360-degree vision of making sure the whole recruitment process is delivered to, and more often above, the expectations of both client and candidate alike. David has provided AAR a professional service in the UK in recruitment and selection. David's professional qualifications are FREC, Cert RP and ACMI.

David Clarke

Co founder of DimensionsHR in Perth. During David's career which spans more than thirty years he has demonstrated strong strategic and commercial skills. His successful combination of sound fiscal, business and marketing expertise is underpinned by an open communication style and an established ability to generate and hold trust relationships at senior executive and senior government levels.

He has demonstrated his communication and relationships development skills at the highest commercial and political levels nationally and internationally. He has led a trade delegation comprising 12 Australian health professionals to the Government of Pakistan to sign an MOU to encompass health professional training and the delivery of clinical services. He has developed a very high quality network among government, key industries and the military in Indonesia over a period of 10 years after having established an office in Jakarta. For example the health care of President Wahid and the husband of President Megawati were personally managed by David and his company in Australia.

His Career moved from Auditor, to CIO, Sales and Marketing General Manager, Managing Director, Board member and Chairman. He also experience in a wide range of industries including Government, Mining, Health, Technology, Insurance, and Export Market development.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has been a director of a number of companies over the years. He is currently Chairman of the Board of the Australian Computer Society (WA Branch).

Scott Gruer

Scott is the founder of On The Web Solutions, and provides the IT and Support Management for AAR. His facility is based out of Sydney Australia.

Scott provides to AAR and others the ability to work with solutions, advice and development of database solutions, IT and infrastructure to link all operations together. He understands the market, his advice and technical support is invaluable to AAR and our clients as well to our partners.

Scott provides the solutions and the tools to make it work he is the technical support arm of AAR. He personally oversees the development of Australian Aerospace Resources online systems and is also responsible for all branding efforts.

Scott sees technology as an "enabler" - a tool that, when used correctly, can open up new possibilities and improve and enrich our lives.

Scott's professional qualifications are a Bachelor of Engineering.

Ross Montalti

Ross is based in Melbourne Australian, he is an independent consultant and provides to Australian Aerospace Resources the opportunity to utilise his years of experience in high-level organisational design, development & implementation, team & people management and leadership development. He provides mentoring and coaching, course-ware development and training as well as working on major recruitment campaigns.

Ross has extensive experience in manufacturing, Defence & Aerospace, Telecommunications, Education and Finance industries. And his expertise is in the organisational re-structuring & implementation, business re-focusing and re-calibration. He has a strong focus on optimising human capital productivity and performance in line with corporate and business objectives. Ross will also provides to AAR a bi-monthly newsletter on various topics, applicable to staffing, mentoring, skilling which is relevant to recruitment and keeping staff. He holds a Cert Mktng, PG Dip in Management, Ass Dip in Mathematics & Cert IV in T&A.
